Step 1 – Choose your product…
Firstly, choose your product! After this you will be able to customise your order to suit you. This includes the size, if you might like your portrait framed, the background colour and including your own message – written in our signature font. Before ordering, you will be able to write any notes for our designers – so please do let us know if there are any particular details you would like us to highlight. After that, and most importantly, don’t forget the photo(s) that you would like us to style your portrait on. Need help picking your photo(s)? Check out our image guidelines for help!
In a hurry or would like digital copies as well? No problem, we have got you covered here too! Through the variety of options that we have on offer – we want to make ensure you find something that suit your requirements.
Step 2 — We’ll get to work…
Once you have ordered, your portrait will be assigned to one of our dedicated expert illustrators to begin creating a masterpiece for you. To offer additional comfort, we will always send you a proof for any personalised item for you to review (typically within 5-8 working days). Your order has to be perfect before moving forward to the next stage. If you are happy to proceed — we will move this forward to the final part of the process…

Step 3 – Sight tight. It’s on the way!
When you have approved our proof then it’s time to get start getting excited… We will move your portrait into production! We will automatically select one of our approved manufacturer partners – where your chosen product is available – nearest to the delivery address. Not only does this help minimise the carbon footprint of your order – but also helps with delivery timings.
As part of our standard process, when your order has left the production facility, we will send you the tracking details via email. If you have opted for digital copies as well, these will be included with the tracking information.
