We always aim to begin work on your order promptly so that, if you have ordered a personalised product, you have a proof as soon as possible. However, please reach out to us within 12 hours of your order being placed and we will do our best to accommodate the change. However, after 12 hours, work may have already begun and the change might not be possible. Please note that, in rare cases, changes might impact the shipping/delivery time.
If you are ordering one of our non-personalised pre-created prints, then requests to change or cancel your order may not be possible as we print to order. We aim to have your order placed into production, produced and shipped to you as soon as possible.
